Hey everyone. We wanted to throw a cool free dance party for all y'all out there supporting us and the Vegas music scene in general and let u know we're here to support you back .
Swan Dive is an independent live music venue and event space so it's quite literally your venue . Too much out there today is driven purely by greed and tryin to milk every last dollar out of ppl which completely misses the point . I mean we all got bills to pay and for us hosting touring bands isn't cheap so we definitely appreciate the fuck out of all yall who come to see shows. Still, more importantly, music and community is connection and all this is meaningless without you . That's especially true if you're a local here in Vegas.
In that spirit, we're gonna do this party every first Friday. So, If you're a local vendor , maker, artist , food purveyor or whatever dm us if u want to be a part of it. (Food peeps you have to have proper city permits so keep that in mind ) We have a huge patio space and we wanna see as many of you out here as possible.
This first party is kind of a photo finish . We've all been working hard and stressing the fuck out just trying to get everything set up to make it happen. Gonna be fun tho so don't suck and not go. We got @rawdawgtreats DJing on the patio from 4-8pm with a bunch of vendors. We're running 1/2 off all well drinks & $5 PBRs 4-10pm . Plus beer and shot specials all night and no cover all night.
At 8pm or 9pm we'll open the main doors and do a black light video dance party. Lots of sleaze, retro, darkwave, electro pop etc. Anyway love yall. Hope to see you there.
